The following is a selection of neighborhoods
in the Rexburg. The pictures are an attempt to demonstrate the style
of the homes. But, obviously, there is tremendous variation in style
and pricing and schools may vary in a given subdivision. If

Cresthaven Subdivision
Description:
This is a nice area on the Rexburg hill just north of the tall water
tower off South 2nd East. Upper priced homes with nice yards and good
views of the Upper Valley. Originally developed in 1979 and has
expanded over the years. There are lots being developed to the south
that should be available in the near future. BYU-Idaho owns the
property to the north for future growth of the University.

Eaglewood Estates Subdivision
Description:
One of the nicest subdivisions in
Rexburg! This is a new subdivision (2003) under construction for
higher priced homes with great views of the Upper Valley. Located west
of 4th East and north of 7th South. A city park will be built in
the subdivision for water runoff and will be equipped with playground
equipment. Luxury townhomes will be on the west and south side of the
property. Lincoln Elementary School is a couple of blocks the north.
Close to university campus.

Evergreen Subdivision
Description: This subdivision is on the west side of Rexburg south
of Main and across from the Rexburg Golf Course. Developed in 2000, it
has moderately priced homes, all maintenance-free exteriors and pride of
ownership. There are a few spec homes by builders available, but no more
lots left to purchase privately as of 4-1-03. Very nice area, close to
the Kennedy Elementary School.

Henderson Subdivision

Hidden Valley Subdivision
Description: This subdivision is 2 years old and on the east side
of Rexburg, south of the Madison High School on Hill Road. It is in a
valley, graduating to the crest of the Rexburg bench with several phases
done and more under construction. Homes are mid to upper price range,
with some contractors offering spec homes for sale and the owners of the
subdivision offering lots to the individual.

Park View Subdivision
Description: This subdivision is primarily starter homes that are
well maintained with mature yards and a city park at the entrance. Begun
in 1965, the area is only one block the Kennedy School and is just off
of 5th West. |

Parkside Subdivision
Description: New subdivision of townhouses located
adjacent to Highway 20 off of 1500 West. These one and two story
townhouses feature 2-3 bedrooms, 2 car garages, an association to do the
yard work and snow removal, and will offer a clubhouse with meeting
space, a fitness center and a pool.

Randall Indian Hills Subdivision
Description: Well-established, large neighborhood
on the southeast Rexburg hill. On of the first upper-scale areas to be
developed in town. Developed in 1962. Mature yards with mid-priced
homes. Most are well maintained and updated both inside and out. Just
east of the Lincoln Elementary School.

Rexburg Heights Subdivision
Description: This is the furthest south addition
on the hill, straight south on 2nd East. The lots are large,
some as much as an acre. Upper priced homes with good yards, all
landscaped and well maintained. There is property on the north between
this subdivision and Cresthaven Subdivision that is in the development
stages, soon ready to build on.

price of ownership apparent. Entrance is conveniently located off Main
Street and is 1 ˝ blocks to the Kennedy School, ˝ bloc to the Rexburg
Gold Course and 2 blocks to the fair grounds. This area was developed
late 1960s.
