Founded in 1991, CENTURY 21 Advantage has
offered real estate services to the people of Southeast Idaho for more than a decade, mostly
under the ownership and leadership of the Peterson family, particularly Mark
and Kirk Peterson. In 1999, the Peterson's sold their interest to
Lyle, Kevin and Steve Taggart. Since then, the agency has grown
dramatically, now offering services in Rexburg, Idaho Falls & Pocatello.
We've also been honored by CENTURY 21 Real
Estate Corporation on
the national level. In 2004, we were the #3 office in the Rocky
Mountain region of Montana, Southern Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado and Utah.
